Easter Brunch: Friend of a Farmer

This past (almost) year as an engaged couple has allowed the boy and I to start creating (and thinking about creating) some traditions we’d like to start as a family. I’ve insisted on an annual Christmas party, and maybe even a New Year’s Day bagel and Bloody Mary brunch, while he’d like to establish an early Sunday morning breakfast tradition. One thing we started this year, and plan to continue, is dressing up and indulging in Easter brunch. Not the most original tradition I realize, but still something that is, and will be, special to us. This year we tried Friend of a Farmer, I’d been dying to give their pumpkin pancakes a whirl (they didn’t disappoint). Next year, who knows, as long as it’s delicious.
