Chocolate Caramel Tart

The boy and I had our relaxed Valentine’s Day, as planned, but low-key doesn’t mean you can’t indulge. As a special, sweet treat we whipped up a caramel tart with chocolate ganache that was as decadently delicious as it was easy to make. True, there were some corners cut, like using store bought caramel instead of making it from scratch (my favorite is here, Whole Foods sells it too) but who wants to spend all night baking when they can being eating the results instead! The store-bought caramel, combined with this easy graham cracker crust, and this ganache will certainly be popping up in the dessert rotation in the future.
