Blueberry Pie


To make partial use of the six pounds of blueberries we picked, I decided to try this recipe. I cheated just slightly and used a premade, whole wheat pie crust, making the crumble top myself. If you'd like to make the bottom crust from scratch, I'd suggest the recipe I used here. The results couldn't have been better, buttery and not too sweet.
