Blackberry Bay Leaf Jam


Before making this blackberry bay leaf jam, I had never attempted any sort of canning, nor had I seen anyone else, and to be honest I was kind of intimidated. But with the aid of this helpful video, I put my nerves at ease and was able to pull off both the recipe and the canning process without a hitch. Whether you're a seasoned canner or just a beginner like me, this recipe will not disappoint as the bay leaf adds just the perfect amount of savory to balance the sweet, and the resulting jelly is nice and thick, reminiscent of the jam I got here. I'm so satisfied, in fact, that I may be whipping up more batches once we run out.
