Frontera Grill

Chicago and amazing Mexican food may not go together perfectly in your mind, but believe me they should. Rick Bayless is an amazing chef and restauranteur and has truly mastered delicious and inspired Mexican fare. He has numerous cookbooks, cooking shows on PBS, and quite a few restaurants, and his fame is well-deserved. While on a recent business trip to Chicago I stopped into one of his restaurants, Frontera Grill, for some yummy food. I ordered guacamole, a fresh corn tamal, and a tamarind margarita to top it off. Boy was it delicious. Now I can't wait to go back!
