Walnut Artichoke Penne

A favorite, quick-fix, healthy meal I like to make is penne (make sure to use whole wheat) with artichokes, walnuts, olives, and sundried tomatoes. It is so, so quick and easy to make with little advanced prep and you would never know with how delicious the results are. Although, I tend to not really follow the amounts for each ingredient but add by eye and personal taste, either way, it's delicious. Try it, I promise you'll love it.
