Arriving in Vail

This past week I experienced my first business trip (ever) in Vail, Colorado. In terms of business trip locations, I consider myself pretty lucky as Vail is stunning this time of year and I had never been before. While my days were filled with work responsibilities, I was able to slip in some time to enjoy the area as well. I ate at three delicious restaurants, hiked down Vail Mountain (after a gondola ride up), met up with a friend from college, and window shopped at the boutiques. Overall, I had a blast and came back telling my boyfriend we should go back together as there were so many more outdoor activities that I just couldn't fit in.

Sweet Basil, La Bottega, and Terra Bistro, where I ate during the trip, all of which had plenty of vegetarian options
