Raspberry Scones


For Christmas, my boyfriend got me a Babycakes cookbook. For those of you who have never heard of Babycakes, it is a bakery in New York City who's products are vegan and common allergen free. The cookbook was a perfect gift, as although I'm vegetarian, not vegan, I don't like cooking or baking with eggs. I've tried a few of their recipes, and one of my favorites thus far is the Raspberry Scones. They're the perfect amount of sweet and quite healthy when you consider the ingredients in most scones. My boyfriend and I have been happily enjoying them for breakfast with cups of tea. You can find a recipe for them here, enjoy!
