Lavender Champagne

There's nothing quite like a delicious, easy-to-make summer cocktail, that is still fancy at the same time. This recipe for Lavender Champagne Cocktails is both scrumptious and simple. I prefer to use champagne that isn't too sweet, my favorite is Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, so that the lavender syrup adds just the perfect touch of sweet without the cocktail becoming so sugary that it's hard to drink. Instead, they were perfectly refreshing. And the best part is that any extra syrup can be saved in the fridge for an impromptu party or some well-deserved self indulgence!
